Katie, Nick and Emma R.

“Where do we begin? Chris has been seeing Emma since she was four months old. As a parent of a special needs child, you never imagine having to go through as much as we do. Knowing Emma needed a brace/AFO’s was just one more thing we had to face on our journey of having a little girl who had been born with Spina Bifida. The first time we met Chris, we connected right away. I knew he really cared about Emma because he took his time explaining everything and made sure we were comfortable with the process of getting her fitted for her first AFO. From our first visit to now, Emma is four, she has been fitted by Chris with numerous AFO’s, twister cables and de-rotation straps. He always takes the time making sure all of our questions are answered and that Emma has the best of the best. We Chris’ commitment to his patients. Even if he doesn’t know the answer to a question, he’s always quick to get back to us once he’s researched it. He is always willing to try new things to ensure Emma has the best success she can have with walking. We love how he always listens to our needs, wants, and worries and comes up with a solution. We drive over an hour each way to see Chris and it’s not one of those appointments we dread because he is always so welcoming and we enjoy coming to see him. He is a fun person to be around and he is someone you can talk to about anything. Our journey with a daughter having been born with Spina Bifida may not always be easy, but having people like Chris gives us hope, encouragement. She has met milestones we would never be able to achieve without his hard work. We’re happy to say we look forward to the many years that Emma will be his patient. We feel very blessed to have someone like Chris taking care of our little girl. Thank you for everything you do Chris. We love you.”
